How do I start Affiliate Marketing?

This is probably the most frequently asked question that I hear from people. It?s also one of the hardest to answer because there are dozens of strategies that can be employed to accomplish the task.  Consider the websites that you?ve visited in the past while looking for information. Did they have advertisements like banners or did they recommend products for sale on other sites, like Amazon? 

You?ll notice in my blogs that I often have links to products. For instance, the book ?Richest Man In Babylon? is a favorite of mine to recommend. It is ancient financial wisdom pulled from clay tablets from the Babylon Empire. The wisdom, from thousands of years ago, amazingly enough is still valid today. 

This strategy is one of many proven strategies within the Affiliate Marketing space, and by proven, I mean I can find many people out there who have made small fortunes doing just that. 

How about another? 

Think about all the content creators you?ve seen on social media. How many of them are pushing some kind of product? Now many are pushing their own, and many are advertising someone else?s product. Again, this is a proven strategy where I could find countless people making good money online. 

Both of these strategies can be done without spending much money at all. I pay 17.90/mo for my site and use social media to help drive traffic to my blog. 

I recommend Builderall starting out. It is a site/funnel builder that is fairly easy to use and even the cheapest option supports pretty much everything you need to start. A lot of people also use Clickfunnels. It?s actually the most popular funnel builder and comes highly recommended. Still, I like Builderall because it is affordable while you are starting out, and minimizing expenses early on is important.
